3 bedroom apartment available for lease for next school year! Located in Lake Beau Pre neighborhood off of River Road! Gated community very close to campus! $650 per person a month INCLUDING utilities (unless over usage). Living room furniture can be including as well as kitchen furniture (just got a brand new fridge that is not in the picture attached). Hardwood floors were put in the living room area and first set of stairs not even a year ago. The 2 bedrooms on the second floor have a jack-in- jill style bathroom. Each room has their own toilet and vanity area, however, they share a shower. The bedroom on the 3rd story has its own vanity and shower with a bathtub. Each bedroom has a walk in closet. Covered parking area in the back with 2 spots, as well as 4 spots in the front of the building. Clubhouse amenities are free for use. There is also a walking trail around the neighborhood! Dumpster behind building so very easy to dispose of trash. (the deposit is first month's rent)
