A breakfast bar with barstools is available for meals, as there is no traditional dining area. The first bedroom features a memory foam king-size bed with twin trundle beds underneath, while the second bedroom includes a twin over queen bunk bed and twin over twin bunk beds. Guests can enjoy three brand new community pools throughout the complex, with one seasonally heated. Electric vehicle charging stations are conveniently located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A pet fee of $50 is required for up to two dogs, which must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after. ADA recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee. While not beachfront, the condo's driving proximity to everything Destin offers is unbeatable. Check-in is at 4 PM CST, with no pre-planned early check-ins or luggage drop-offs allowed. Trailer, RV, Box Truck, and Watercraft parking is not permitted, with towing fees applicable for violations. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, and noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM sharp. Pets are not permitted on furniture, and any stay past the 10 AM checkout will incur additional charges. The condo shares walls with other units, so there is potential for noise. Earplugs and a noise machine are available upon request. Any issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests will be held liable for damages.
