Inside, you'll find a clean, fun, and budget-friendly rental space with a comfortable living room featuring a Queen sleeper sofa and a Roku TV with standard cable. The kitchen opens up to the living room and is stocked with full appliances, dishes, bakeware, and utensils. A quaint dining table for four and a high chair for little ones are also available. The bedroom offers a cozy King bed and two Twin trundle beds, perfect for extra guests, along with a Roku-enabled TV. The bathroom is spacious with a glass shower door, his and her sinks, and soft towels. The patio includes a small laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Gulf Terrace Condominiums now offers electric vehicle charging stations near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A $50 pet fee applies for house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them indoors and outdoors. ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, but Emotional Support Animals are not. Gulf Terrace Condominiums are located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances, providing easy access to Destin’s main highway and a side street with a stoplight to avoid traffic. This is a first-floor unit, so you may hear noise from neighboring units. Linens and beach towels are provided, along with a courtesy supply of essentials. Trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and HOA towing fees apply for any violations. A 10PM noise ordinance is in effect, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Check-in is at 4PM CST, and checkout is at 10AM CST. Any stay past checkout time will result in an additional day charge. All issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for any damages. We do not issue refunds for lack of amenities as these types of outages are beyond our control, but we will do our best to resolve issues as quickly as possible. Any violation of house rules or terms and conditions are subject to eviction without refund. The apartment is remote work-friendly with Wi-Fi available for guests.
