The dining table seats up to four guests, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Two parking passes are provided on a first-come basis. Pets are welcome with a fee of $200 per pet, with a limit of two pets unless otherwise approved. There is a weight limit of 25 lbs per pet, and certain breeds are restricted. A pet registration form and up-to-date rabies vaccination details are required. Pets must wear a current rabies tag when walking on the premises.
