Just visit Falls Park on the Reedy, a 32-acre urban park that features several waterfalls, a curving pedestrian bridge, and a suspension bridge with amazing views of the river.

If you love to shop, have lunch at a sidewalk café, or enjoy dinner at a fine restaurant, look for your Greenville apartment near Main Street. Perched among Downtown Greenville’s historic shops, Noma Square provides a funky, modern contrast. This is a popular area for fun events, festivals, and community get-togethers.

The location is great! It's clean, the staff are super friendly, and maintenance is awesome. Everyone is responsive and helpful. I've really enjoyed my time here and would recommend 400 Rhett to anyone looking to live downtown Greenville.

400 Rhett is exactly the reason you spend a little more to get a whole lot more. My wife has never lived in an apartment and it has been well over 35 years since I have lived in one. The amenities are probably pretty much standard, but the interior of the building and overall layout are exactly what we wanted. We are approximately 150 yards from Main St and this local makes most of downtown Greenville an easy walk. Management is friendly, efficient and very reasonable.
