It has great amenities, such as a community heated pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area. As well as, secured gates around the living premises and it's a very quiet and clean property and surroundings . The 2 bed. 2 bath Condominium is on the first floor, very close to the pool area. It's very spacious, completely furnished and has lots of storage cabinets through out the whole Condominium. It also has it's own clothing washer and dryer within the condo and new dishwasher in the kitchen. Mostly wood floors. It has one permitted parking space protected by a carport. No pets or smoking within the condo.

This beautiful completely furnished condominium is conveniently on the first floor. It is only 5 minutes of a car drive to Downtown Palm Springs. It is also conveniently near many stores, supermarkets, post office and restaurants. It has a car port where you can park your car and guest parking too. The building is secure and requires codes at gates to access entry. All neighbors are friendly and respectful. All building grounds are always kept clean. Pool and other apartment complex amenities are near and within the apartment complex. No pets allowed. The apartment has lots of storage space. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
