Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, patio access, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a desk, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 includes a king size bed, a desk, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #5 includes a full size bed and patio access. This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note that this home is only available for long term stays (29 days or 28 nights). A $10,000 security deposit per stay and a $2,000/month utility deposit are required for all reservations: The $2,000/month utility deposit must be paid before check-in and will cover utility costs, including pool and hot tub heating. Any unused portion will be refunded after checkout. If utility costs exceed $2,000/month, guests are responsible for the difference. Our Customer Care team will coordinate payment. The $10,000 security deposit will be refunded after a post-checkout inspection confirms no damages. Please feel free to reach out with any questions! • This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras; (1) located on the carport and actively monitoring the driveway/carport parking area, (2) located on the back right corner of the house and actively monitoring the right side of the house towards the front gate.
