About 400 E 87th St New York, NY 10128

ROOMMATE WANTED! CAN MOVE IN ON SUNDAY 2/25 FOR SOME FLEXIBILITY BEFORE MARCH 1ST. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! I am leaving my big 1-bedroom (in a 3-bedroom apartment) located on the Upper East Side (on 1st and E 87th Street) at the end of February, so you will be moving in on 3/1. I've been living here for 3+ years and have nothing bad to say about this apartment - quiet and friendly neighbors and the landlord is always around. You will subletting the apartment until the end of July, during which you can choose (or not) to sign on the new lease (which starts August 1st). I also have some furniture that I can give to you for free: * Dresser * Coffee table * Nightstand * Twin bedframe * Bookshelf * IKEA side table You: * You are a professional with a full-time job and income. * You do not bring the party home. * You are fun and humorous. * You enjoy your own space. * You are respectful and courteous. * You clean up after yourself. Apartment: * The apartment is a 3rd-floor walkup and is a 3-bedroom apartment. You will be renting out the biggest of the 3 rooms. * Utilities - the price of the rent includes utilities (internet, gas, and electric) - which is handled by one of the roommates (the price has all the costs all baked in). * You will have your own shelf in the bathroom cabinet for your toiletries. * You will also have your own shelf for food storage and any kitchen items. Room: * Room size - 11 feet 6 inches x 15 feet 2 inches * You will have more than enough space for a bed, desk, dresser. * There is a closet in your room that is big enough to hold an adequate amount of clothes. * Price ** The price for the room is $1350.00 per month. This is an AWESOME deal and a STEAL for a room in this PRIME UES location. I cannot reiterate this any more - this is a great deal and if I didn't have other personal plans, I would stay here for another 3 years. ** You will be required to put in the 1st month's rent AND a security deposit equal to the rent price. * You will have a closet for your clothes/storage, or whatever you want to store. * There is no common area except for the hallway, bathroom, and kitchen. You will have lots of privacy as well - as the walls are concrete and you will rarely hear your roommates even if they're blasting music. Location: * Prime location ** Corner of 1st Avenue and E 87th Street ** Around the corner from the 24-hour Duane Reade ** 1 block from the 86th Street Q train stop ** 5 minute walk to the 4/5/6 train at 86th Street and Lexington ** 2 blocks from Whole Foods, Fairway, C-Town, and a whole slew of restaurant options ** There are a handful of laundromats all within a block's radius (I've been using the one directly across the street for 3 years and the ladies there are so GREAT!) ** Lots of shopping in this area - less than a 5-minute walk from H&M, Sephora, Barnes & Noble, Shake Shack, Foot Locker, Best Buy, Petco. ** Tons of bars all along 2nd Avenue.
