The cabin is equipped with a bathroom with a shower on the main level and a bathroom with a shower-tub combo on the upper level. The basement includes laundry facilities with a washer and dryer, and linens and towels are provided. Additional amenities include air conditioning, WiFi, satellite TV, a firepit, an outdoor gas grill, and convenient snowmobile access. Guests can enjoy discounted tickets to the world-famous Cog Railway and 25 pool and gym passes at the Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa. A pet fee of $100 per stay applies for pet-friendly units. Parking is limited to three vehicles. Located in Twin Mountain, just minutes from Bretton Woods, New Hampshire's largest ski resort, this cabin is a four-season destination with activities for all ages. From world-class skiing to the historical Mount Washington Hotel, the area offers a myriad of activities including canopy tours, zip-lining, rock climbing, river tubing, mountain biking, golfing, scenic lift rides, and more. In winter, enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing, ice skating, snow tubing, snowshoeing tours, dog sledding, and horse-drawn sleigh rides. The cabin is also close to attractions like the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Story Land, and Clark's Trading Post. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Some homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.
