The interior has a sunken living room with seating around a hand-crafted gas fireplace made of stacked stone with a 50-inch HDTV. Bleached hardwood floors are in the dining room and kitchen. Ceiling fans in the living room, bedroom and kitchen aid air circulation. The open floor plan includes a kitchen and dining area, a glass-topped dining room table with seating for 4 and a Capiz shell chandelier. The designer kitchen features new appliances that include a Schott Ceran radiant heat cook top, quartz counter tops, a custom tile back splash and custom cabinetry. The bedroom offers a Sleep Number Cal-king bed, a desk and chair, a mirror and a wicker chair. The adjacent bathroom has a spacious custom tile shower with adjustable shower head, ocean accents of shells and natural wood, and a large mirrored cabinet for extra storage over the sink.
