The home's extensive windows allow for the utmost enjoyment of unparalleled mountain scapes as family members and visitors gather around the home's central fireplace or dine together as the sun sets, setting the Spanish Peaks aglow. The main level of this ski in ski out condo features a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining space for relaxing, picture-perfect mealtimes. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm for the whole group: a crockpot, blender, a variety of cooking pots and pans and a starter spice set are just the beginning of the tools at your disposal in the kitchen. Taking the stairs down from the main level leads the way to a guest suite with a king-size bed and a family-friendly bedroom with a queen/twin bunk bed followed by an en-suite bathroom which features family-friendly decor perfect for bed-time story memory making. A queen-bedded room with en-suite bath is also strategically placed on the top level, away from the common areas of the home. The lower level also features additional entertaining space, featuring satellite and cable TV, and a walkout patio, all of which create space for memory-making with family and friends after clear skies on ski slopes. Featuring Malin & Goetz toiletries, luxury linens and towels are flawlessly placed in each bedroom and bathroom. A coffee starter kit, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, cleaning supplies (dish soap, dish detergent, paper towels, etc.) are additionally placed to make your stay as convenient and seamless as possible. Newly renovated and impeccably furnished, this comfortable, well appointed condo offers spectacular views of the Spanish Peaks and surrounding mountain ranges. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
