The sunny open-concept dining and living area features a dining table that seats six and comfortable furniture surrounding the gas fireplace. Enjoy warm wood floors throughout and access to the back deck, which offers outdoor seating and a grill. We offer discounted tickets to the world-famous Cog Railway and 25 pool and gym passes at the fabulous Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa. A trash pickup is included with your cleaning fee at the end of your stay. Additional pickups during your stay are available between 9 am and 5 pm at a cost of $10 per pickup. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area, making it unsuitable for parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, and violation of these rules may result in immediate removal without refunds. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of noise rules, and a $250 fee applies for smoking inside the unit. Parking is limited to two vehicles at the unit, with overflow parking available nearby. Please do not leave trash or food outside to avoid attracting wildlife, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to a $100 per hour fee.
