This house which is a colonial style house with gambrel roof is tucked away in a wooded area on a private drive next to a river with only 2 neighbors, very quiet neighborhood and no crime. ***The house will be shared with just myself, no one else.*** I have Roku TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix I also have a Wi-Fi router from T-Mobile for your laptop and phone service, washing machine and dryer are in the downstairs bathroom for you to use as well. Kitchen is small, but good to cook in, dishwasher available also. I have plenty of high-end pots and pans and utensils to cook with and use. I have a feral cat that is recently becoming domesticated. Would consider an additional pet depending upon breed and temperament. Rabies/vaccine documentation would be required. About me: i’m 50+, female, college educated, I work long hours at my job Monday through Friday, home on the weekends. I’m looking for a housemate who is easy to get along with, reasonable, clean, willing to share runs to the town dump and some household cleaning chores. Don't worry! I'm not that strict! This is a great place to live if you want peace and quiet. I’m pretty easy to live with and I will give you your privacy. BONUS!
