This house which is a colonial style house with gambrel roof is tucked away in a wooded area on a private drive next to a river with only 2 neighbors, very quiet neighborhood and no crime. The house will be shared with just myself, no one else. I have Roku TV with Amazon Prime and Netflix I also have a Wi-Fi router from T-Mobile for your laptop and phone service, washing machine and dryer are in the downstairs bathroom for you to use as well.
