INSIDE THE HOME This two-story cottage is cozy and welcoming and the perfect place for a family vacation. The main floor features two bedrooms, each with their own attached full bathroom. The main living area is an open concept with a fully stocked kitchen, dining room with seating for six, a living room with plenty of seats for the whole family and two sliders that open up to a large outside deck overlooking Lake Michigan with patio table and chairs to enjoy outdoor eating. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a full bathroom to share. A door to the outside will lead you right down a short path to the beach, making it convenient access to a bathroom/shower after a day spent down on the beach. A laundry room is also conveniently located on the lower level. Please note this home does not have central Air Conditioning, however, a window unit is located in the Master Bedroom on the main level. OUTDOOR SPACE Enjoy the beautiful views and breeze that comes off Lake Michigan from the upper deck as you enjoy your morning coffee, or enjoy a beautiful sunset with your feet in the sand sitting in the Adirondack chairs below the deck. Either way, the views are breathtaking. A short path leads to the water where you will spend your days soaking in the sunshine and splashing in the waves. Parking: A two-stall garage is available for parking as well as the driveway, which will easily accommodate 4-5 cars. LOCATION You can't beat the location, with the privacy of your own beach right outside your door and a quick drive into Grand Haven to enjoy restaurants, shopping and a walk down Grand Haven's famous boardwalk along the scenic Grand Haven channel. Bring your bikes and enjoy the bike path that goes all the way around Spring Lake, it's a great scenic trail located only a short distance from the home!
