Situated just 20 miles from the stunning West entrance of Yellowstone National Park, this retreat is a perfect base for your unforgettable Island Park and West Yellowstone adventure. The Bootjack Bungalow offers easy access to fishing at the headwaters of the Henry's Fork of the Snake River, located alongside Bootjack Drive. Numerous recreational trails for ATV and snowmobile riding are accessible right from the cabin, eliminating the need to trailer your toys. Stay connected with free Wi-Fi and keep entertained with the provided Smart TV, perfect for work or leisure. The cabin is situated right next to the outlet of Henry's Lake, a short stroll away from trophy hybrid trout fishing, sure to delight any angler. Any trailer under 25 feet will fit in the driveway during summer months only. In the winter, due to heavy snowfall, no trailers will fit. There is ample parking for other vehicles, and additional vehicle or trailer parking can be found at the Red Rock Parking Lot, about two miles from the cabin, maintained for year-round access. Firewood is not stocked at the cabin but can be picked up at Elk Creek Gas Station on your way into the property. Nestled in a highly wooded neighborhood bordering the outlet of Henry's Lake, the Bootjack Bungalow offers an abundance of wildlife amid the trees, including deer and moose. The cabin is centrally located, providing easy access to recreational trails and fishing spots. It is just a 28-minute drive from the West entrance of Yellowstone National Park, making it an ideal location for nature enthusiasts. The road into the cabin is quite eroded, so take this into consideration when booking. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Pet-friendly properties will be marked as such, and if the property is pet-friendly, pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee. The grill may not be accessible in the winter due to heavy snowfall. The road into the cabin is quite eroded, and the city or subdivision has yet to take action. Communication with the guest services team is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm MDT on the booking platform of your reservation. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and fees. Outdoor security cameras may be in use and are disclosed on the listing. Wildlife visitors frequent the area, including bears and moose, so please store food and garbage in bear-proof containers and do not approach wildlife.
