Enjoy professional grade appliances, marble throughout main floor with fireplace. Upper level full size laundry with hookups and central A/C and heater are also included. Ideally located for commuting downtown and to the airport (through vacation island and SeaWorld) and driving north (5 North from Mission beach Drive), and even biking to UCSD (7 miles). This 1614 sqft condo has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with a very spacious master bedroom, luxury shower spa and Japanese toilet. There is also a walking closet that anyone would dream of! The guest bedroom is connected to the patio and its own bathroom with Japanese toilet and spa bathtub. There is also a second walkin in the guest bedroom that can also be used for storage. The living room is full of light with a modern bay window (19 windows) and a gas fireplace. The condo is very close to multiple grocery stores (Vons, Trader's Joe on Garnett street and Ralphs on Mission Blvd). The rent of $5450 will be paid on the 1st of the month directly to the landlords. Water, Gas & Electricity, and internet are not included. There is also a garage partially available convenient for parking a small car and/or storing items (the owners will let items inside). Unfortunately, the garage is too tight for large cars but street parking is readily available. The condo is open from July 5th, 2023 for a minimum of 1 year, with a deposit equivalent to one month's rent (that cannot be applied to the last month's rent) and a pet deposit of $500 per pet where only small breads and 2 are permitted. Before leaving the tenants should pay to have the home professionally cleaned upon move out, and carpets professionally cleaned. No smoking is allowed. The tenant(s) will be asked to provide references from previous landlords (rental history with their monthly payment), proof of employment (pay stubs), a credit report, and a criminal check.
