All fees are upfront and transparent - $50 Application and $36 background check fee per adult (2- adults maximum in the unit) Animal residents such as small dogs and cats under 40 lbs. may apply along with their humans. Please understand, we love all animals but our insurance requires non-aggressive breeds. First months Rent or Prorated Rent to include any security deposits are due immediately.  The base security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent. You may be asked to provide additional proof of financial responsibility depending on your credit score. This could include a co-signer, savings account, or an additional security deposit. If you are rebuilding your credit, please just be honest and we are willing to work with you to still qualify.
