OTHER THINGS TO NOTE >Must be 25 years old to book >No parties >No events >No smoking inside >Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - Per city ordinance >No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation >Monthly rental November to March. This home is not available for a long term lease. PETS >Sorry this is not a pet friendly home >$200 fine if pet is brought into home CAMERAS >Doorbell camera >2 in the front on each corner, >2 in the back: one watching the back gate and one watching the pool equipment ...In place for safety and security reasons - do not tamper with GRILL/BLACKSTONE >We try to keep our properties tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you POOL HEATING >$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required) >It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice >Spa heating included in booking amount >If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating >If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file) DEPOSIT >We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays TPT#21453045 VR#240046630 LEFT BEHIND ITEMS >$20 service charge added to shipping cost CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded. DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage. MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
