The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows, and bed coverings. There is a built-in bar off the kitchen for you to entertain your guests during the big game that you can watch on the large television in the living room. The spacious master bedroom offers a king-size bed with its own large private master bath and lanai. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed. Enjoy the spacious indoor living space, HDTV, free high-speed Wi-Fi, free onsite parking, and private access. Refundable parking cards are available at the front desk for $50, however, lost or stolen cards cannot be refunded. Mauna Kai is centrally located in Princeville on the spectacular north shore of Kauai. Surrounded by tropical vegetation and peaceful landscaping, it is within walking distance of the Princeville Shopping Center and also Anini Beach by way of a 12-minute hiking trail. The property is located on the Makai Golf Course and just around the corner from both the Prince and the Princeville Golf Courses. Princeville has a walking path for all to enjoy, whether it be a morning stroll or a romantic sunset walk. For families, there is a park within walking distance. Housekeeping is provided once per week during complete week stays. The room number indicated in the reservation confirmation may vary from the room assigned to you at the front desk. If you have two or more different reservation numbers for the same stay, you may need to change rooms during your stay. The condo development will do its best to keep you in the same room, however, there are occasions when a room change will be necessary. The room does not come with air conditioning. Your stay at this property is confirmed in the European Plan (No Food Included). If you require food and/or beverages, inform the Reception staff at the time of registration. The amount of your expenses generated during your stay will be billed to your account and must be paid according to the rules of the property. Before traveling, check the government regulations of your country and city of residence, as well as those of the city, state, and country you are visiting for updates regarding contingency, security measures, and permissions or restrictions for travel. In the case of traveling to Mauna Kai, it is essential to carry a negative PCR with you no more than 3 days from the date of your check-in. The maximum room capacity may not be exceeded. A valid form of identification corresponding to the person named on the reservation must be presented. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and/or linens. No pets allowed. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. This property may use NoiseWare technology to ensure the comfort and security of the guest. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $200 to $500 fine. Respect COVID-19 social distancing.
