There is a basement with washer and dryer hook ups! Freshly painted and clean, these units also have a cozy sitting area on the front porch. Free off street parking!!! Very close to the U of Akron! Tenant pays all utilities. ONE SMALL PET IS ALLOWED, with owner approval and additional fees. We do a background check for evictions and criminal history, there is a $25 application fee per person 18 and older.
