The property includes a noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit. Any sound that crosses a property line at an unreasonably loud volume is unlawful within the city, as per the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100 of the Hollywood Code of Ordinance. The apartment is not suitable for pets, smoking, or parties. Guests are required to sign the vacation rental agreement. There is one laundry room per floor, not located inside the apartment, and guests can use these facilities at a cost of $2.50 per load. Reclining beach chairs are available for rent through the beach service and are not included as part of the resort amenities.
