Early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee of $25 each or $40 for both, with prior approval. Located in the vibrant Windermere area of southwest Edmonton, this condo is surrounded by beautiful lakes, parks, and walking trails. Enjoy easy access to Windermere Lake, the golf and country club, and a range of recreational and cultural attractions. A short drive takes you to West Edmonton Mall, Terwillegar Park, downtown, and the University of Alberta. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors. No pets are allowed, and this is a non-party home. A $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or if evidence of smoking is found. Tampering with fire alarms or smoke detectors will incur a minimum $100 fee. The maximum occupancy is 6 people, and any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 fee per person per night. Late check-out incurs a $50 fee if not vacated 30 minutes after 11 AM, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the house is left messy.
