A short drive takes you to West Edmonton Mall, Terwillegar Park, downtown, and the University of Alberta. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect neighbors. No pets are allowed, and this is a non-party home. A $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke or if evidence of smoking is found. Tampering with fire alarms or smoke detectors will incur a minimum $100 fee. The maximum occupancy is 6 people, and any unregistered guests will be charged a $40 fee per person per night. Late check-out incurs a $50 fee if not vacated 30 minutes after 11 AM, and additional cleaning fees may apply if the house is left messy.
