About This Property
Up for rent is a space in a beautiful 3 story townhouse in the woodsy and peaceful West Meadow Hill community. This townhouse offers the following: -Utilities included (internet, heating, ac, electricity) -1.5 bath -Fully furnished -Was fully renovated in 2022, including new stainless steel appliances, full bathroom remodels, and carpets -Central air (heating and cooling) -3 outdoor decks -In unit washer and dryer -Full Size Massage Chair -Access to a pool during warm season -Easy parking -Ready to move in! This apartment has two bedrooms - a very large master bedroom and a smaller bedroom. This listing is for the larger bedroom pictured. I live primarily in an apartment in Cambridge, however I anticipate that I will spend ~2 days per week living in this townhouse. So, while you will primarily have this space to yourself, consider this apartment rental situation as more of a shared situation. The purpose of me renting this space is to help subsidize the mortgage payment since I am barely living here for the foreseeable future. I am 30, friendly, easygoing, and harmless (I swear!). I work at MIT and pretty much only play video games and go to the gym. I am looking for a person who is respectful. This place is already fully furnished with everything you need to live (utilities, utensils, bowls, etc). I would request a lease of at least 6 months, and first month's rent, a security deposit of $1000, and last month's rent ($1,350).
