This is a duplex, but it feels like a single family home. It is three bedrooms. The Master Bath has its own bathroom. There are hardwood floors throughout except in the family room and the main bath is scheduled to be fully remodeled in December, so it will be brand new. That is why there are no pictures of it right now! Huge basement for flex space. Vintage kitchen and master bath, but cute in their own way and fully functional! This home is very close to SUNY Oswego and if you work there, you can walk to work. This is in a neighborhood of mostly retirees and families. There is a one car garage. Included in the rent is water/ sewer, lawncare and snow removal. I did not check pets approved, but I may considered them on a case by case basis. 12 month lease minimum and tenants will need to pass a credit and background check.
