About This Property

Available April 1st for a yearly term. This charming one bedroom condo in Newport’s historic “Hawkhurst” house is fully furnished and located on the second floor of this Dudley Newton designed home. The living dining area is on the north side of the apartment, or at the front on the street side. Elegantly but simply furnished the dining table easily seats six if you’d like to have guests, and the living room is comfortable and inviting. Off street parking in the back of this grand home means most people enter through the back and up the outside stairway. The door opens into the modern, updated kitchen with it’s stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and elegant, high ceilings. The large bedroom offers built in cabinet space and a generous amount of space. Shared laundry in the basement. NO PETS PERMITTED PER CONDO RULES.
