This property has 5 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 adults. Even though the kitchen and baths are older style, the functionality is good and there is ample space for all you need. The residence is fully furnished including appliances, kitchen ware, a full size laundry room, pellet stove, plenty of off street parking and room for snowmobiles is a plus. Great space for a very affordable price close to the mountain! You will find the easy on/off access to I-93 and several ski mountains and resorts a relief from the usual weekend traffic. The electricity, internet, cable TV and snow plowing are included. Propane heat is paid by the tenant. For wintertime adventures, ski at Loon Mountain during Holiday weeks and weekends. Cannon Mountain is practically across the street, while Waterville Valley and Bretton Woods Resorts are about a 30 minute drive on a clear day. Snowmobile adventures, Cross County Skiing and snowshoeing are some of the additional fun time winter activities for your pleasure. Remember the Lincoln-Woodstock region also has some great micro-breweries, restaurants, ski equipment outlets and theaters. You will find plenty to do in this White Mountain Seasonal Rental.
