Newly built studio with separate entrance. Nicely decorated with soft pull-out bed from the sectional couch. Includes a 3-inch pillow topper for comfort. Gated access, parking, full kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, and stackable washer and dryer. Updated bathroom with walk-in shower and storage. Back private fenced patio with grill and outdoor furniture. Bistro table and chairs for dining, and a pull up coffee table for a workstation. ***Please Note*** 1. The studio is attached to my primary home. There is a shared wall and depending upon your schedule, we may be home at the same time, and you may be able to hear some noise if I'm in the kitchen. 2. The property is located on Guerneville Rd. which is a busy street, and does get traffic noise. We offer an air purifier that is also a white noise maker and an Alexa (where she can play wave sounds), that helps tremendously to drown out any noise.
