You’ll be staying in one of Montreal’s most beloved neighborhoods — the Plateau-Mont-Royal — known for its tree-lined streets, creative energy, and village-like charm. You’re steps from local cafés, bistros, bakeries and boutiques, Parc Lafontaine and Mount Royal Park, and bike lanes, public transit, and cultural spots. Sherbrooke Metro station is just 2 minutes away and BIXI bike stations are nearby, providing easy access to downtown, Old Montreal, and everywhere else even without a car. The living room does not have curtains, so light sleepers using the sofa bed may prefer an eye mask. Street parking is limited; we recommend nearby public lots. In winter, snow is not cleared daily, but a shovel and salt are available for your use. Check-in can be done at any time after 4:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Smoking in the apartment is strictly forbidden and will result in a penalty of $500. Pets are not allowed, with a penalty of $500 and immediate eviction without refund for violations. Parties or excessive noise are not permitted, with a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund for violations. If more guests than the number initially stated in the reservation sleep at the apartment, a $500 penalty will be charged. Delaying the work of housekeeping attendants at check-out will incur a $50 charge. Any guest still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night unless a late check-out has been approved in advance.
