The office staff function as security Monday through Friday during the day with security available from 5p to 7am Monday through Thursday. Condo is 1/2 (one-half) a floor up, no wheel-chair access. A small deck is off the living room. Renter only has to pay for the electricity. It is gas heat with refrigerated air. Furnace, A/C are on a programmable thermostat. The unit seems to be well insulated - that is, relatively quiet. There is ONE ERROR in the floor plan. In bathroom #8 there are NO WINDOWS. The floor plan shows a nice sized front entry closet. The closets in the Master and 2nd bedroom have mirrored sliding doors. The washer dryer is a small tower washer/dryer unit in the (#9) hallway bathroom. This condo was originally owned by my mother who was a senior 5 feet fall and weighed under 100 pounds. The washer dryer unit worked well for her sized clothes. There is a laundry unit in the complex that uses tokens to wash and dry. There is a Non refundable additional $150 for a small dog or cat. To keep the premises free from allergens we have the carpets professionally cleaned after a tenant leaves with their pet so that the next person/family coming in isn't, hopefully, bombarded with allergens. We had the furnace intake from inside the condo (in the dining room), again with the hope of reducing allergens. The condo comes with 1 assigned parking space and another not assigned (a total of 2 parking spaces). Credit/Employment/Rental history and Criminal background check part of application.
