There is a dedicated living room, sitting room/meditation space to take your zen space when you have had a hard day's work. Do you enjoy the outdoors? We can meet that need with the fenced-in backyard, ideal for outdoor entertaining. Do you need storage as well? There is a clean unfinished basement that may be used by all. Keep all your clothing nice and fresh all week long with the full-sized washer & dryer located in the basement, also included with your stay. BONUS there is a second-floor lofted space equipped with a computer desk and chair, an ideal space to get some remote work done or relax with a good book. THE BEDROOMS: 1) Located on the second floor, large bedroom A has a generous closet, and access to a full bathroom off the hallway. 2) Located on the second floor, bedroom B with closet and access to a full bathroom off the hallway. PARKING: All occupants may use off-street parking (driveway). There is ample street parking in front of the home. Both occupants may use one (1) garage space in the 2-car attached garage. UTILITIES: All utilities are included in the price of rent: gas/electric/water/sewer/trash/internet. PETS: Windsor House is cat friendly. A maximum of one (1) cat is allowed per guest.
