The bedroom (about 12' x 12') has a sliding closet The living area (11' x 13.4') feels open and inviting The hallway (11' x 3') offers extra storage cabinets The bathroom (5' x 8.4') is tidy and well-kept The brand-new kitchenette features quartz countertops, a stainless steel sink, and sleek black handles with plenty of cabinets and drawers for storage. It will include an electric stovetop or induction burner perfect for light cooking. Please note that the setup isn't meant for heavy or frequent cooking. Tenants are welcome to bring their own microwave or countertop oven if desired but no gas appliances. (There will be no dishwasher, garbage disposal, nor washer/dryer) Utilities are included (water, electricity, and internet). You could also have a portable air conditioner for the bedroom and a freestanding space heater for the cooler months if you'd like. The only cost you'd cover is any higher than normal A/C usage. Street parking is available, no access to the backyard/front yard, main house, or garage. Sorry, no pets. This space is ideal for someone who doesn't mind normal family sounds in the background. Maximum occupancy is two people. If you're looking for a cozy, low-maintenance place to make your own, this could be a great fit!
