Close to 275, Skyway and only 15 minutes to Pass-A-Grille and St Pete Beach! This house has been recently renovated and includes a large fenced area perfect for pets or entertaining. The property hosts two places to park, either in front of the house or within the gated yard through the back alleyway. Appliances are newer with hardwood floors throughout. On the lower level you will find the master bed with it's own bathroom and another room with kitchen, dining and family room and the common bath. Upstairs you will find a small landing with two additional rooms. This location is ideal for anyone looking to be close to downtown St Pete and the beaches but still have some peace in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Pets are allowed with some restrictions. Tenant to transfer water/sewage/garbage and electricity on date of move in. Rent is $2450/month with an equal deposit of $2450 to move in with 620 and above credit/combined credit, otherwise we will require first month's rent, last month's rent and deposit on a case by case situation. An administrative fee of $295 is required at or before time of lease signing. Applications are subject to approval and we can work with most situations but please let us know ahead of time for anything we should be aware of.
