Ft. and has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and soft close cabinets. The unit is heated by a furnace and has central air conditioning. The apartment includes a Nest smart thermostat for convenience climate control. On-site laundry is provided in the building's basement, and parking is available in the rear of the building. It is located on the second story, and has several windows which offer plenty of natural light. Pets will be considered for an additional fee. Also, I am not interested in Section 8.
