Welcoming Heart Group Home is a Christian organization that provides supportive living for veterans and others in need in a shared living facility. Our staff will assist each individual or their family member by pointing them towards independence while providing a safe place to call home. To this end, we will facilitate identifying social and mental health services to address our clients' needs. We ensure clients have a clean and warm place to sleep, and a safe environment in which to live. Shared space includes a spacious hallway with sitting and desk area, living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, with two beds per room. There are also two private bedrooms available. Shared bedrooms are $650.00 per month during the summer months due to air conditioner use and $625.00 per month during non-summer months when the air conditioner is not in use. The private bedrooms are $800.00 per month during the summer months due to air conditioner use and $750.00 per month during non-summer months when the air conditioner is not in use. While one private bedroom is slightly larger, the other private bedroom has a private balcony. The price includes a beautifully furnished home, gas, electric, water, television, bed, bed linens, and dresser. There is a $250.00 security deposit. This is a drug free environment that is convenient to the bus line.
