The ensuite bathroom is a luxurious haven, complete with a walk-in shower, and dual vanity. In total, the home includes 3 king beds and 2 queen beds and 5 bathrooms, allowing a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. Outside, the property offers an inviting outdoor living space. Step onto the expansive patio and feel the gentle sea breeze as you take in the sights and sounds of the back bay. Whether you prefer lounging by the pool, gathering at the BBQ, or simply enjoying a quiet moment surrounded by nature, this property provides the ideal setting for outdoor living at its finest. Additionally, this property offers 2 jet ski lifts where you can embark on various water activities, a dock to fish off of or even tie your boat to. There are even 2 paddle boards available for a fee of $100 to the experienced water sportsman (waiver must be signed with rental agreement). This property is pet friendly for dogs, with a 2 pet limit. A written request at the time of reservation is required to bring any animal. A non-refundable $200/pet applies and will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. This property can only be rented to one group per month, with a minimum of 28 days for most of the year. Shorter summer rentals may be possible, please inquire. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period.
