The unit features eat in kitchen and a large living room with a huge picture window. The larger bedroom is upstairs and the second bedroom is on the main floor. The bathroom has recently been renovated with new tile floor and vanity. The large unfinished basement with private laundry has ample room for storage. A garage space is also included. Tenant does snow removal and mowing. Rent is $1350 per month that includes water & garbage. Gas & electric are paid by the tenant. Minimum Requirements: Applicant must have current photo id. Applicants monthly household income must exceed three times (3x) rent. All income sources must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years. Applicants may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicants credit score must be a minimum of 600. A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18 years of age. All applicant’s background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
