To avoid plumbing issues, please do not flush wipes, tissues, clothing, or any trash down the toilet. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited and risk a fine of $150. Late check-outs will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted, and any evidence of pets will result in a fine. Please clean up after yourselves, as large messes will incur an additional cleaning fee. The studio includes a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
