With three cozy bedrooms, including one king-size and two queen-size beds, this cabin accommodates up to six guests. The property features two well-appointed bathrooms and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing delicious meals and gathering with loved ones. The cozy living room, with ample windows inviting natural light, a smart TV, and comfortable seating, provides a perfect space for relaxation and unwinding. The cabin's kitchen and dining area are spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances, making it ideal for preparing meals and enjoying them with loved ones. The living room serves as a cozy haven with ample windows that invite natural light, a smart TV, and comfortable seating for relaxation. Additionally, a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet access ensures productivity during your stay. The cabin offers unparalleled privacy and breathtaking winter views from the comfort of your private deck. Enjoy the bubbling hot tub or gather around the outdoor gas grill and dining area for al fresco meals amidst nature's splendor. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with essential starter packs to make your stay easier, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, trash bags, and a sponge. Located just across the street from a picturesque stocked pond, ideal for fishing enthusiasts, and in proximity to Cliffview Lodge, this cabin is a convenient choice for weddings and events. Explore the wonders of the Red River Gorge area with ease, including hiking trails, rock climbing spots, and opportunities for paddling adventures. The property is accessed by a blacktop road with small inclines, and trailers are prohibited. This is a duplex property, and the cabin owner occasionally visits the area, staying in the adjacent portion of the cabin. There are separate entrances for owners and guests, and all outdoor amenities are accessible to guests only. The owner's area is locked and cannot be accessed. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. Pets are only allowed at pet-friendly cabins, and a minimum of $350 per pet will be charged for pets brought to non-pet-friendly cabins or for pets that were not pre-approved. No smoking is allowed. Occasionally, guests may experience weather conditions or power outages that are out of the host's control. The hosts will do all they can to assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. The hot tubs are the most requested amenity, and while every effort is made to keep them functioning perfectly, mechanical problems may occur that cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area, and no refunds are made if this occurs. Stay productive during your stay with a dedicated workspace, complete with high-speed internet access. A laptop computer is not included.
