Property Ratings at 38° NORTH
I’m brand new in the Santa Rosa area. I scheduled an apartment tour with time ahead, but it didn’t matter because they were not notified. I assume both women that were there are the managers and When I walked to the leasing office I got nothing but ignored and bad attitude from one of them. Yeah, starting with some mean faces and rolling eyes to me. I got told to only have a chance to check 1 apartment. When I’m trying to see 2b and 3b. I chose 2b, but she only showed me the floor plans and the price of two apartments. Same thing 2b only, but the difference on price was like 250 buck. I asked her “what are the differences on both if they are the same apartment.” She completely ignored my question and continued to roll her eyes. I chose not to have the tour and leave the place because I had enough already with her attitude. I read the bad comments about the new management, but never thought it was that bad. Here it is my experience guys. I don’t have anything against this place. Just telling my experience.
We are current residents here. We have been residents for the past almost two years and moved into the apartments when they were brand new. We are writing this review in the month July and our air conditioner has been broken for the 2 months during some of the the hottest temperatures of the year. We have contacted the management team multiple times but are yet to get a concrete answer for when the AC will be fixed. During our two years here there has been a turnover of the management staff multiple times. We have lived in apartments basically our entire adult lives and have never had a more unresponsive management/maintenance team. We don't generally like to post negative reviews but are hoping that this will help to get our AC repaired in a timely fashion because nothing else seems to be working at this point.
