I have a room available in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on Sail Bay, in the Crown Point area of San Diego. This is an amazing condo located at the end of La Playa and Riviera. The condo is fully furnished with the exception of the furniture in the available bedroom. We have a large balcony with a direct bay view that is nice to sit out on during sunny days. The room is a great size with a large full wall closet. It has comfortably fits a queen bed, two end tables, and two bookshelves. You will have the guest bathroom all to yourself. The room will be available for move-in on June 1st. Rent is $1400 without parking. Security deposit is $2181 (1 ½ months' rent). We currently pay for Cable & Internet, Netflix, and SDG&E, which tends to run about $100-$120 extra per month. Sorry no pets are allowed. I am looking for a roommate between the ages of 27-40, who is employed with steady income. The property managers will run a credit check. The lease would be 1yr and then goes month-to-month after the first year. I am originally from Chicago. I have been in San Diego about 7 years. I love to go out and enjoy having friends over once in a while but this is by no means a place to host parties every weekend. NO HARD DRUGS (dealt with a roommate who was into that before and definitely not going to deal with that again) or indoor smoking. I am very laid back and a bit quirky but fun. I love music and try to go to as many concerts as possible. I love just hanging out at the beach, walking the boardwalk, traveling, biking, camping, finding amazing Irish pubs, and having BBQ's. I am a social drinker and don't mind a small party or Sunday Funday at the pool once in a while, but I don't like to bring the party home. I love the occasional weeknight's happy hours and taco Tuesday's, but tend to mostly just go out on the weekends. This is an amazing condo to live in. I have been here for over a year and love it. The building has amazing tenants and is quiet and very chill. The property managers are always very helpful and extremely timely on fixing any issues. We have a heated pool that overlooks the bay and a nice community patio area with two BBQ's and large seating areas. There is beach access from the patio. There is coin-operated laundry on the garage floor of the building with some storage space for bikes and surf boards.
