It is located in Palo Alto nearest cross street are Curtner ave. and Wilton ave. Just one block away from el Camino and VTA and 20min walk for train station. There is plenty pizza options, happy donuts, Starbucks, Mexican, and cuisines to choose from within walking distance. The carpet was replaced recently with hardwood all over except bedrooms. Has working appliance like Electric induction stove (DIFFERENT FROM THE PICTURE)and Fridge. Plenty street parking in front but also one carport available in the back. This is a very calm and quiet neighborhood and apartment aside from the train. Looking for a clean tenants that can take care of apartment as if it was their own and is mindful and respectful of neighbors. Rent is $2700 for the first 12 months then rent will increase to $2850. We kindly ask for $1000 deposit with ID or some sort of identification as we do just run soft background checks for community safety reasons and verifying financial responsibility.
