Excellent Ranch Style 2 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Apartment Unit. Located within close proximity to Ft Campbell, Schools, Shopping, Community Center, and Public Swimming Pool We require rental applications to be completed for every person over the age of 18 residing in the property. Points are assigned based on income, length of employment, rental history, and credit history. If an applicant is able to reach 5 points they are approved. Points can't be combined between 2 different applications. One applicant must be able to qualify on their own. If the applicant has between 2 and 4 points they can get a co-signer but that cosigner must be able to quailty with 5 points. There is a $500 pet fee required per pet with a 2 pet maximum. Pets must be under 25 lbs. No smoking is permitted inside of the premises
