Snow Cottage comes fully furnished, so you can move in and start enjoying your new home right away. Stay connected with the provided Wi-Fi and unwind in the inviting family room, complete with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans create an airy and comfortable atmosphere throughout the cottage. Rest peacefully in the queen-sized bed, and take advantage of the decks to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. With A/C to keep you cool during the warmer months and a freezer for your convenience, Snow Cottage has everything you need. Plus, we welcome your furry friends, as pets are allowed. SHOWINGS are by video tour only to respect tenant privacy when rented. If vacant, we are happy to give you an in-person tour. COSTS there is a one-time $240 non-refundable cleaning fee, a refundable security deposit equal to one month of rent, a 3.5% monthly admin fee, $300 per monthly utility fee, which covers all utilities plus a TV subscription service, Wi-Fi, trash, and landscaping. Renters insurance is required. PETS One pet is allowed with an additional $100 cleaning fee (size and breed restrictions may apply). SMOKING is not allowed in or around this property. A $350 fee will be charged if there is smoking in the home. TENANT PAID UTILITIES Nothing beyond the monthly utility fee mentioned above, unless utility charges are over a reasonable amount (this amount is stated in the Rental Agreement)
