Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. Embrace lake living with a prime location less than a mile from beaches and boat rentals. Explore trails at Fallen Leaf Lake, check out zip-lining at Heavenly Mountain, or try your luck at nearby casinos. The Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course is just 2 miles away. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is a long-term tenant on-site in the front duplex unit who may be present during your stay. Smoking, pets, events, parties, and large gatherings are not allowed. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Area rangers strictly enforce all Vacation Rental ordinances (parking, noise violations, camping, etc.). If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2,000. To avoid citations, follow all community rules as outlined in the Welcome Book and observe quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. You must only park in designated spaces (garage, paved driveway, carport or parking lot). Vehicles are not allowed to park on the street.
