About This Property
Northeast Cedar Rapids ADU for rent. If you're not familiar with the term, an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a house or an apartment that shares the same property as another home. In this case it's an 800 square foot house on 1.5 acres of land near Xavier High School. To be clear, my wife and I own the property and will essentially be your neighbor. If that doesn't bother you please read on. The ADU is approximately 2 years old so everything is pretty new. Amenities include 18ft vaulted ceilings, large bedroom with walk in closet, in-ceiling speaker system, walk in shower, all appliances, all utilities paid, and also includes high speed internet. It's wired for cable but if you'd like that it will be extra. All yard work (mowing, raking, shoveling) is taken care of. There is also a parking pad that measure ~18'x 30' with room for multiple cars. At this time we are not allowing pets. This is a perfect choice for someone who would prefer a house over an apartment but also doesn't want to do yard work. Considering all utilities are included, the price is very reasonable. Check out the pictures of the ADU / property and, if you have any questions, please contact me. Thanks! Month to month lease
