About This Property

INCREDIBLE updated Condo for rent! This is not an apartment conversion, nor has it ever been a rental before. It has a truly wonderful backyard where you can listen to the birds, or a light wind blowing through the trees. Take a peek at the pics! Remodeled kitchen and bathroom vanities. Kitchen has matching LG appliances purchased in 2018 which includes a large French door/bottom freezer LG fridge. Carpet is only about 4 years old, and new LVT flooring was installed about a year ago. The light fixtures are brand new, and there is a second full-sized fridge in the garage. The rental includes the washer/dryer, AND surround sound speakers with subwoofer in living room. All windows have new blinds, and the master bedroom has a very quiet ceiling fan/light with remote. The condo has a NEST heating/AC device, a front door keypad lock, a one-car ATTACHED garage with access directly into the kitchen, plus there is a covered parking spot!!! The floor in the garage was upgraded with black/ivory tiles. The best part of the condo is the backyard. It's not just a 6'x10' slab of concrete, but has a nice area of grass and pavers, as well as a beautiful Japanese Maple tree, and Jasmine bush that bloom in the spring. A wonderful place to have small gatherings with friends and family. Also part of the rental: 3'x5' storage container for gardening items, an outdoor sofa with canopy, and a couple of gardening tools. Additionally, there is a community pool and hot tub. The complex is very well maintained, and the location of this condo is quiet (no Crow Canyon Rd street noise). HOA included in rent, which pays for water, garbage, and the upkeep of community areas. Tenant takes care of all other utilities. No smoking. Lease is for 1 year, shorter might be considered. We are looking for tenants who will take really good care of the condo, and maintain the backyard small grass area.
