About This Property
Our charming hillside home has peekaboo views of the city with some hill sides. The daylight rancher home has beautiful blooming spring time trees, as well as summer flowers. The home has a brand new roof, 2 fire places(1 up and one downstairs), hard wood floors upstairs with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, a big deck, kitchen, an open living room, and dinning room. The downstairs has 1 master bedroom with a bathroom tiled, a carpeted living room with a dry bar and walk out basement, and a storage room with washer and dryer. Month to Month rental agreement. We allow upto one cat that is litterbox trained. The litter box has to be downstairs in storage room. We allow up to 2 dogs. There is an additional security pet deposit of $500. Water, sewage, and garbage included. Gas/electricity not included account is with Avista.
