This is a super amazing three bedroom, one bath house with hardwood floors, washer/dryer hookups, and a two-car detached garage, plus an enclosed carport. One interesting thing about this house is that it is on well water, which means you only pay city sewer (no water bill!). One of the bedrooms also has a cedar closet. It's a great home for a family. Security deposit insurance is required in addition to a cash deposit.
