If you would like a 12 PM noon checkout, please inquire whether it's available for your stay for an additional $25 by 9 PM the night before your scheduled departure. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a solo adventure, this modern 1-bedroom apartment provides the perfect combination of style, comfort, and convenience. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund for any remaining night(s), and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, but outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, provided all windows and doors to the unit remain closed while smoking outdoors. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fine. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only. No trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles (including RV’s, campers, mobile homes, 4 wheelers, etc.), buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and violation will incur a $500 fine. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. Full legal first and last names of all guests must be provided upon booking. Do not adjust any mounted TVs. Unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus will incur a $1000 fine. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise agreed upon with the host and a late 12 PM check out fee is paid prior to 10 PM the night before check out. Failure to check out on time will result in overstay fees. Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days. [SI]
