About This Property

Two bedroom, one bath non smoking apartment in a side by side duplex available for rent on April 1st in the great Riverside Neighborhood. These don't open up too often as they are in a great location just one block away from the Munger trail and a minute away from the lower chalet of Spirit Mountain. Pets are allowed, but have to be approved first. This is a great area for dog owners or outdoor enthusiasts with the Munger trail and the Lake Superior Hiking trail so close. The duplex offers two nice sized bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd floor with hardwood flooring on the 2nd floor and new carpet(2020) on stairs and living room. Off the kitchen, there is a nice mudroom with storage space. Washer and dryer in the basement. The back deck is shared with the other side. Rent is $1125 per month and $1125 security deposit with a month to month lease. Heat, water and garbage all included in rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and if they want internet/cable. There are two off-street parking spots back to back. Landlord takes care of lawn care and helps with snow removal.You MUST fill out a short application before being approved for a showing. Showings are available in person or via a scheduled zoom call. Once a tenant is chosen to rent the unit they must pass a background and credit check ($40 paid by each tenant over 18 years of age) and must make a monthly (combined) income of $3300 before signing the lease. Unit is not Section 8 approved.
